PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Price Match Guarantee and Terms and Conditions (subject to change without notice)


1. Introduction: DOME Property Management is committed to providing exceptional service and value to our clients. We understand that cost is an important factor, and we want to show you the value of our Premier Management Service, and the DOME Savings Club, by offering a Price Match Guarantee for the first year of your three-year minimum contract.


2. Price Match Guarantee: New customers only. If you are under contract with, or have a bona-fide proposal from, a competitor at a lower price, we will match that price. Here are the details:

  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to new customers signing up for our Premier Management and the DOME Savings Club with a minimum 3-year contract.
  • The contract or proposal should be for full-service property management identical in scope. Other services are available at negotiated rates.
  • The guarantee applies to routine management fees during the first year of your three-year contract and will be provided as a monthly credit for the price difference against management fees.
  • You can opt out of the contract after the first year.


3. Eligibility and Requirements To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must also be met:

  • You must be a new client with an active three-year minimum contract for Premier Management services with the DOME Savings Club.
  • Accepting your community as a client is contingent on and subject to a review of your community's physical and financial conditions.
  • You are expected to: respond promptly to all DIDit and other requests, have and adopt adequate budgets and approve special assessments when necessary, use our designated partner bank for financial transactions related to your community, and to maintain adequate balances and reserves to operate effectively and meet your financial obligations.


4. How to Request a Price Match To request a price match, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your current contract and invoice or a competitor’s proposal for services.


5. Our Commitment We are dedicated to delivering exceptional community association management services. If you believe you have found a better offer, contact our team, and we will promptly review your request for a price match.
